  1. True Book Fair. Traditional book fairs aren't always equitable. This year, we're having a True Book Fair at our school where each student can choose 2 books for free to keep forever, a starter kit for home libraries. This project would bring more books into student’s homes and get them excited about reading. Our school has 550 students, so I'm trying to gather at least 1200 new popular books for our True Book Fair. This will allow each student to select 2 books. The book fair will be held in late Spring, so students have books for summer reading. Mo Willems' Elephant and Piggie series is a favorite with all our students, so I know they will be thrilled to own these books. Your donation will benefit our students and their families because these books will be shared at home. Check out the resources that our amazing Librarian, Ms. Madigan put together.
