Next week (May 2-6, 2022) is Teacher Appreciation Week. North Springfield Elementary PTA is proud to collaborate with school administration and with you (through your time and donation) to host a variety of events to celebrate our hard-working teachers & staff. It's not often that we see all the behind-the-scenes that are done on behalf of our children, so let's show our gratitude and appreciation next week!

• Sunday/Monday - Write a note, shout-out or praise to your teachers in chalk on the sidewalk of our school so teachers can see it on Monday morning (and throughout the week). Bring your own chalk or use what will be on onsite!

• Tuesday - Pick a flower from your garden or purchase a beautiful bouquet (Trader Joe's has wonderful daily selections) and give them to your teacher!

• Wednesday - Hot Lunch catered by Loopy's

• Thursday - Create a thank-you card and share what you have learned this year. Teachers love to see & hear about the impact they are making! Pretzel Bar provided by NSES Administration!

• Friday - Ice Cream Bar
